I think almost the same like you and that was the reason to searching info into the net. As you know when something look like very good,then something goes wrong!!
When I start thinking about Subway everything looks great,but then I start thinking that I am not finding as we say in (country B) "hot water". Because hot water exsist from thousands of years!!!
Now I have to collect all the info that I need to start thinking seriously about to jump or not to jump in (country R).

I am seriously considering opening (a famous Subshop), or some other food franchise in the near future in the Austin/San Antonio, Texas area.
