Recent Subway Valuation encounter…..

In a recent divorce case I was asked to come up with a Valuation of 5 stores and review opposing counsel’s presentation.

The other side had a nice, professional valuation done indicating a value of $80,000 for 5 stores, each of which were grossing over $8000 a week in sales with reasonable rents(one was $10,000, another $13,000, and yet another $15,000). ..........
