To Whom It May Concern:
We just sold two of our Subway restaurants through Fayaz Karim. He was invaluable to us during the numerous steps to sale completion.
Fayaz Karim has past experience with Subway on both an operational and sales level. His knowledge and expertise in these areas were essential in guiding us through the various steps of the sale. When problems occurred whether it was with financial institutions, buyers, sellers or Doctors Associate Inc., his professionalism made him effective in dealing with all parties involved to bring about a timely resolution.
This is the first time we have sold a franchise and due to our experience, we would not hesitate to use the services of Fayaz Karim should we decide to sell any additional franchises. In handling the detail work, he left us free to focus on running our business.
