Kenny and I had a long discussion about this particular opportunity last night and after much debate - we decided to withdraw our names from consideration in purchasing the Subshops.  The reasons are numerous but ultimately we thought it was in our best interest to move in another direction.  Additionally, we didn't think it was possible for us to successfully manage and devote the time required to move the store in a positive direction at this point in time.  We thank you for your time and knowledge around Subshops. We definitely learned a lot. Perhaps, in the future we may connect again and will keep you as a contact if that's okay with you.

I am seriously considering opening (a famous Subshop), or some other food franchise in the near future in the Austin/San Antonio, Texas area.  I am hoping to consult with you  for a little advise on what may be best in my situation, and I have found your website to be very useful.  I have worked in fast food establishments as a youngster, but am new to the ownership end.
