I bought Subway restaurant only six months ago. This
restaurant is in business for last 20 years and it does over $11,000 weekly.
True Goldmine.
BUT, yesterday I received email from local DA office that there is
potential for new subway site only 0.3 miles from my store. ONLY 0.3 MILES,
hello!
Are they out of their mind? Someone submitted site only 0.3 miles from my
store and DA asked me whether I am interested in that site or not?
What should I do? I am not going to open another subway nor going to let
anyone else open it that close to my store.
Please help.
SO WHAT SHALL I SAY TO THIS GENTLEMAN? READ THE CONTRACT?
What he needs is an analysis of the pros and cons of his two choices with some serious cash flow calculations.....
Anyone else in the same boat ?
Apparently there is: today I got a message from Subshop franchisee in the same boat as the gentleman described above, with the only difference being this: my friend has been in the system over 15 years and has several stores, so he should know what to expect as he has been part of the "growth" in number of stores. Only this time he is the one fighting against a store to be built only half a mile away from his current store. Why does he think it will never happen to him -only to others????
This can lead to a long discussion as you can imagine. It has been discussed for 15 years, yet there are more and more people buying stores every year in a never ending supply of buyers and a shortage of sellers. In this scenario, some buyers are blocked out and rejected, and prices go up as demand exceeds supply so you have a buy high sell high scene.

Hello Mr Fayaz
I'm very appreciate for your feedback. Actually, there is no SUBWAY for
sale in Poland.
I some in UK. In UK I do not need visa. We are all in European Union.
What do You think about UK area? Does work well there?
Now I got to analize possibilities of gathering money for that.
Maybe You know that problem: money are low but the ambitions get high.
Best regards
